Thumbs up LaserPro Park Group Buy *FEELER*

After Speaking to Tom, the owner of the autobra.co.uk website, he has offered a group buy on the Laser Pro Park unit.

They standard retail price is £299 however if 5 or more people are interested then this price will be discounted to £230 inc VAT and delivery.

I realise many people have heard about this unit before, but for the benefit of others I shall post a few helpful links.

Laser Pro Park Review on UKSpeedTraps

Laser Pro Park - Autobra.co.uk

Laser Pro Park Manufacturer's Website

I am currently running this group buy on uk-mkiv's.net and at the moment there is 4 people intrested so depending on how many people show interest here will depend on the discount.

If this group buy is successfull, when it comes to buying then I'll will supply Tom's number and you will just have to say that you are part of the LaserPro Park group buy on Briskoda and give your username and he will sort you out.

There is no immediate time limit for this group buy, as I said it is running on uk-mkivs aswell so aslong as people show interest then it will continue to run, the more people the better.

Thank you for looking.

It must also be stated that this buy is not an offical BRISKODA orgainsed buy and therefore BRISKODA, CANNOT be held responsible for any wrong doing that may occur.

That will just come with one transponder to cover the front (although can be placed at the rear). Normally front protection is all that is needed.

But what if you reverse into your garage...

Is there an option for a second transponder anyway as I'd like to use it as a parking sensor too.

Just spoken to Tom. The rrp for the 2nd sensor is £229.12 inc Vat, so he can do them for £182 inc VAT.

Hope that helps.

Anyone got any experience of how effective these are?

Would like to hear some experiences from people who use these or similar already before spending the cash.

I've got a Lasertrack LT450 which was very effective when I had it on the Fabia.

Here's some videos from youtube. I'm sure somebody that owns one will be along to share their experience.

I have seen these for sale and read reviews on them and they seem a very good idea. I already have a Lasertrack LT450 on the front "for my outside lights officer" and could do with a rear parking aid even though i already have a parking aid fitted at the rear. One thing that does worry me is would it go off when driving in rush hour traffic when people are bumper to bumper stuck in traffic. No doudt it can be switched off but just woundered.

Yes I asked the same question aswell, unfortunately it would go off in rush hour traffic and even though you can reduce the range of the parking sensor I would just switch it off. Not a major issue seen as you don't need to park and there wouldn't be anyone travelling at great speeds in rush hour traffic.

As of today I am cancelling the group buy!

I feel this is the best course of action to take due to the lack of interest and also the lack of money available for certain members. There are a few people who have contacted me and said they would be interested if this GB were to be run in later months so that is what I plan to do.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused anybody and I hope you will keep an eye out for a GB of a similar nature in the near future.

Regards,

John
