Default AutoWindows and Total Closure

Anyone know if this >> AutoWindow features & functions << would be suitable for the Octavia VRS Mk1?? I am looking for something that will vent the windows and do total closure including the sunroof. This kind of fits the bill.

Cheers

P.S. Or anything similar

Alienware Sounds like a Brik'a'Brak shop that Chewbakka might visit !

Can you point me to a supplier of said product ?

Cheers mate

The Alientech looks a bit of bargain, for $60 - especially with the current exchange rate. Will take another look at it, seeing as I may have a car that would support it shortly

Cool. Looks good that. Still unsure how it will react with my Alarm system which is also integrated into the cars remote fob, but for that price, it's worth the risk of buying and trying.

Cheers

Maybe worth an email to them? Details are on the site and they seem quite keen to help.

Having read all the info on there, they seem to make reference to the OEM security setup, but not to anything 3rd party. I could imagine other systems *may* interfere, or throw a wobbler as they might presume something was trying to tap into the wiring. So if it were me, I'd check first

I was under the impression that none of these sorts of systems worked on the Fabia, because of the difference in wiring to the Golf, Octy et al.

Obviously not on the AutoWindows system, but I think that still stands for Alientech, as I'm sure people have inquired before.

Well, I dropped em an email, and i must say, I was not that impressed. I just got a stock one sentence reply saying that their system is only designed to work with the standard fit alarm. Correct statement I suppose, but not very helpful
