Hi everyone.

I know this is a shameful 'commercial' posting, but hopefully it may be of some use to everyone on here.

Now I have owned my Octy vRS for about a month and loving every minute of it. I have been based in Nottingham for the last nine months and I am now coming home to open the latest 'Car Audio Centre'.

I look forward to welcoming both old and new members of Briskoda to my 'humble' new retail shop!!

I will endeavour to do deals for everyone - Please ask !!

I will however not discuss prices on the forum, as I won't have time to reply to everyone !!

For those of you who don't know the 'Car Audio Centre', our main current business is mail order and internet, but we are now opening more retail outlets as we speak. As for discounts, it depends on each brand but there is certainly no problems with sorting out prices for members !!

hi Andy i brought a db audio raptor 600w rms sub but now its broken any chance of a replacment.

i bought a sony md600 head unit from these muppets at nottingham took 6 weeks to get remote control for unit.told me had to be programmed for specific unit.had to go to shop in person to get it then they took one out of another box?.customer service was big zero .would not deal with them again

I cannot comment on the service at the Nottingham shop as I rarely work there, I normally deal with trade and corporate sales. However I will endeavour to do my best for customers.

As for replacing the Raptor, please bring it in a few weeks and I'll see what I can do.

I want to get the customer service issues right from the start.

I have only been working for the company since the start of the year, but have worked in car audio for 8/9 years now.

So give me a chance !!

hi andy iam from birmingham so its abit far to go to essex. so i should go to brum shop but ive got a funny feeling that all they are going to do is fob me off. but i just brought a new car and looking to buy some all round speakers. depends how they treat me if i buy of you or not.
