|  Modified insurance. have just re-newed my policy with a broker called Brentacre(01792 650933) on a modified policy any mods with a maximum power of 250bhp for £1000 Fully Comp+£500 excess protected no claims with my 26yr old brother on it. i thinks thats pretty good,what do you lot think?

| mines an Essex Postcode so that might make a bit of difference,if it was just for me it would have been £850,brother being 26 adds the extra. i used to be insured with them when i had my Modified Mk2 Golf so i know they are pretty good at paying out etc.

| What actual company does the broker use? How old are you? I am 40 next week so may give them a call when mine is due as i want to remap mine.

| NIG is the insurance company. i'm 30yrs old.the broker is run by 3 guys who are members of Club GTI,they are very friendly and know there stuff. i used them for over 6 years when i had my MK2 Golf and they were always helpful and did what they said they would.
