OEM Satnav and Changer

When I ordered my car I specified the Cd changer to go with the standard Symphony headunit.

I'm now looking at buying an OEM Satnav unit, will my changer (I believe this is a Grundig unit) link up and work with it or will I need to buy a panasonic changer?

Cheers

Des

My standard boot changer works just fine with the OEM sat nav I recently fitted can't see it being any different on the Fabia. However my changer is soon to be replaced with a phatbox.

The standard changer is manufactured by Matsu****a (or at least, the one in my Octy was) which IIRC is Panasonic's parent company, so I would imagine that the changer is effectively a Panasonic unit anyway.
