Big mistake It is a funny old business registering on this site when I don't have a Skoda anymore... but a word of warning to you all. After having been absolutely delighted with my RS for 2.5 years I had a fit of madness and got a B*W x3. The thing is in virtually every way inferior to the RS and I absolutely hate it big style . How they can justify charging enough to buy two brand new RSs and a motorbike, heaven only knows.Oh well by the time I get shut the new model Rs should hopefully be out and I'll be in the queue for one. If you happen to have aquired a black 52 plate from an auction in the North of England in the last couple of weeks, wearing ZZ3s all round..... enjoy..I certainly did.

Sorry to hear that.I have made plenty of car mistakes so I understand! Hopfully you will only have another 9 months of 'slumming it' and you can get yourself a new vRS in December(allegedly)

Thanks for your understanding. I just expected a load of abuse and "it serves you right" kinda replies. Skoda people are nice people and I will continue to tell everyone just how good the cars are. I doubt I would have the nerve to turn up in it at a meet but ta for the invite. For anyone wavering about buying a Skoda can i just say that over the past couple of years I have had the "gall" to turn up at meetings with multi-millionaires and had nothing but positive comments and reactions.

OK, Ok. As Fabia 2.0rs said in the Superb section, the *3 has some legroom in the back, but apart from legroom what have the Romans done for us????? Theres the power, the handling, the street cred, the 6CD autochanger, the thingy that records the traffic messages, the huge boot, the parcel shelf that comes up when you open the boot, etc etc. Bring back my vRS, all is forgiven!
