| Back in September when i first considered buying a vRS, i enquired about one at a garage in Scotland and stupisly gave my bank details. I hadn't said i definatley wanted this car as i wanted to know how much it was going to cost to transport in down to the Midlands. When my local dealer decided to match the price this garage in Scotland had quoted, i rang the garage to say there was no need to find out the costs of transporting the car as i was going to be able to get it from my local dealer now, but the salesman said he'd already gone through with taking my deposit out, so i asked why he had done this when i hadn't said i definatley wanted this car and when was he going to refund me. As to this date, i'm still waiting for the refund, even though i've contacted the dealer on numourous occasioons, contacted Skoda UK, who didn't want to know, and also contacted Trading Standards, who also didn't want to know. So i'm asking the people of the BRISKODA forums for any help they can give me please. Many Thanks John. |

| Briskodian | How much deposit was it? What did you sign (if anything)? Sounds like CAB should be your first port of call. |

| Dealer and Deposit. They took £650 off me and the garage was West End Garages in Broxburn. I have got the salemans name somewhere as well, but think it might be at work. |
