Smile Joining the Koda family

Hello from the sunny Caribbean . I'll be receiving my new Octavia 1.8T this week. This decision has been an uphill grind, my wife of 26yrs is still in the anti Skoda image camp. She'll come around, I'll let you know when she changes her tune. I'm sure it won't take a month. Moving from Peugeot 306 sedans (my wife and I). My son wrote off my 1.8 manual 306 a few months ago. His sticky fingers will not touch my new Tavia.

Here the Tavia comes in 150bhp tune from the dealer and I want to remap the engine very soon. So I'll be continuing to use the forums for advice. Is there any benefit to remapping afer the engine has done its first 5000 miles? This will take me about 4 months and I am enthusiastic to remap sooner.

Fully stickered and ready to play, Saxo boy. Go ahead. Make my day. Within the posted limit, of course.
