Default Thankyou...

Hi all,

Just a quick thankyou to all Fabia VRS owners on this site. Until yesterday I owned a Fabia TDi Elegance but thanks to all of the positive comments about the Fabia VRS in the forums I decided to take the plunge and buy one!

Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery - glad that's over.

Wow. What a car. Didn't think it would be so different than my TDi. As soon as I hit 1000 miles I'm going to take it to AMD for a remap.

Thanks again!

Tempted to do the same myself... Lack of serious dosh kinda puts paid to that, plus I like my TDI the way it is at the moment.

Not many have gone TDI to vRS - Matt being one, can't think of anyone else tho'

It was a choice between remapping my TDi or getting a new VRS. The TDi was getting old at 2 years and I fancied a change. My wife had an identical TDi too but she changed it for a Smart Roadster...

Hehe... Sounds familiar...

I know of a new fabia vrs owner on this website who was nearly on the way to a ford dealer to sign the order form for a streetka and stopped on the way at a skoda dealer and had a quick look at the fabia vrs, and a quick drive.

The ford dealer (expecting a visit before 5pm for extra discount) never heard of the streetka purchaser ever again
