| Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS Given your criteria, I can only make 1 suggestion here. If it is only toys you are interested in then get the fiasco. If you want to drive and enjoy, then it is the vRS ( Furby will have to be 2nd hand except for Ltd edition , Octy can be new).

| Briskodian | Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS It was the Fabia I was going to get, am off for a test drive. Already have a Zetec even though its only a 1.4 petrol its quite reliable and the toys on offer will make life alot easier. I have a feeling I might be persuaded by the salesman and the test drive. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS Hello & Welcome. I used to have a Focus with a heated windscreen and other toys on it, but the vRS is much much more fun. I have had my Fabia vRS for 2 and a half years now and it still puts a smile on my face when I drive it ![]()

| Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS Save yourself some time grief and cash - get yourself down the Skoda dealers. The Fix or Repair Daily will be worth a fraction of the Fabia in 2 years time.

| Briskodian | Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS Took the Fabia VRS for a test drive, what can I say apart from fast! The last time I drove a skoda was nearly 8 years ago on my driving test. It was a Felicia 1.9D, this was wicked ![]() At the mo looks like the Zetec is more practical due to finances might opt for a used VRS in a few years. I was looking to get the limited edition but its just too out of my reach![]() Zee |

| Briskodian | Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS My Options finance comes to an end soon, and Ford are offering me a brand new Fiesta Zetec for about £175 a month over 3 years with a baloon payment at the end. So really my budget is £200 monthly payment, I have about £1000 equity in my car at the moment. Skoda dont seem to be able to match it so off to the Euro Fiesta, BTW anyone know where Fiestas are built now? I thought they were being built in Spain or Belgium because only engines are being built in Britain. Correct me if I am wrong, but the only British built cars are Nissan Micra, Almera and few others. Toyota build some cars here so do Honda. Again correct me if I am wrong. Last I heard Vauxhalls are being built in Germany and rebadged as Vauxhall, so what does Vauxhall build in Luton??? Anyway I dont care where a car is built as long as it goes like **** off a shovel ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS I suggest you get back down your dealership and start haggling hard!! I've just picked up my Octy vRS with every extra bar sat nav and sunroof for £18100 which with 2 grand down leaves me with £248 a month to pay over 3 years. Oh and managed to get 3 years free servicing too |

| Re: Thinking of Maybee getting a VRS Hi Although I plumped for the octy vRS in the end, I took a diesel fabia vRS for a spin and couldn't stop grinning! Toys will amuse for a few weeks, the drive of the vRS will keep you entertained as long as you own it ![]() |
