Lads I’m gonna have to pull out of this one **** up my back at the weekend

and am planning on racing motocross on Sunday, don’t think it’ll take 2 days of abuse sorry to be pulling out at such late notice, hopefully someone will jump in and take my place. Have a good one lads

Whats the min we need ?

Guys,
I know people have genuine reasons and I'm not trying to have a go at anyone, BUT unfortunately with all these meets someone has given a commitment to the venue with numbers and it falls back on that person organising it when things go wrong. In this case Johnny DIDN'T ask for a deposit BUT did have to give the track a deposit, so it would be him that is out of pocket or under pressure to find replacements, and to be honest it ain't fair and ultimately reduces the chance of people organising other events due to this uncertainty.

I have seen it myself, I asked for deposits, I didn't like doing it but its the only way you can be 100% sure on the numbers. People won't be inclinde to pull out as quick if they've paid up.

Please don't take the above to heart but someone has to say it...

Directions to Speedway

These are from the South.

Follow A1 to Lisburn and head North onto M1
Continue on M1 towards Belfast
M1 ends at broadway roundabout
Keep going straight ahead onto the west link underpass
follow signs for M2 motorway
Keep left for the M2 as the westlink ends at York Street

Once on M2 keep going heading North up the M2 hill.
Keep left at the top of the hill and take the slip road off towards Mallusk
Once on the slip road go straight ahead towards the Sandy Knowes roundabout
(Don't go left towards Mallusk)
Stay in the middle lane at the roundabout and take the A8(M) exit towards Larne.

Follow this road up over the hill then turn left at the Coors Corner roundabout onto the Ballyclare Road.
You will spot Maloney's after about a mile along here. It's a white washed cottage style building on the right.

To get to Speedway from Maloney's:-

turn right out of Maloney's
drive straight on for about 1.5 miles
then turn left onto 'The Longshot'
at junction of Templepatrick Road turn left
then right onto Station Road
drive straight through village
Drive past new housing development on left
At tight rh bend in road take left onto Kilbride Road
Speedway is 100yds on rhs behind warehouse

Whats wrong with meeting up at Corrs Corner? Its got a decent size roundabout and carpark. Besides I can get to there without the need for GPS
