Starter motor

Well I got my new starter motor fitted I am know guageing interest for my old one I have two options available

1, I either get starter motor repaired (waiting on a price for that) & then sell it.

2, I sell it as is to someone out there who maybe be able to do the work on it.

Starter motor was fitted to my 2002 octavia vRS

any offers ot takers?

what was the problem with the old motor, and how much would you guess at the postage being?

I don't see why you didn't just exchange the old starter against a recon unit and save yourself some cash and effort trying to sell the old unit on.

cause I managed to buy a new one cheaper than I could find anywhere else plus didnt want the old one.

am trying to get it looked at monday nxt week, postage? I will have to get it from my mates (left in his workshop in my haste to get home n then to pub) and get it priced up for ya!

just spoke to m8 on the old hotline it's gona £9.00ish for postage.
