| I did find them a little too low for the speed bumps around St Austell. Used to keep catching the metal sump guard everytime I went over a speed bump at anymore than a walking pace. I've now got VW sport springs from a Golf 4motion estate. Not as low or hard as the H&R springs but lower than standard 4x4 springs.

| don't go too low as you might end up with big bill, i have split my sump once already and battered the underside of my car loads. its better now i have raised by 25mm to maybe 25mm lower than a vRS ![]()
