| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS I got a seperate 'diesel' bush sent from Vibra Technics for mine. When I first fit it onto the car it was sweet but got really awful after a while so took it off. Its there for special occasions now. |

| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS Are the vibrations really that bad? Even with the softer bush?

| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS If you're sat in traffic a lot or round town like what I am then yes it really is that bad but if you use car for fun etc you'll be ok. |

| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS I recently fitted the softer (6 holes drilled) bush to my Fabia and the vibration is barely noticeable. Infact I don't notice it at all now, it just gentle vibration through the steering wheel at idle when I got it. |

| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS What difference does it make to the gearchange? I am currently getting a "clonk" when changing into 3rd and 4th quickly.

| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS LOL @ Gary. I'm the same. I love mine now and would never go back to stock, or even try to make my current one any more supple. It's there for the sole purpose of holding that damn lump of a gearbox rock steady, and it does it well. ![]()

| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS I've just given up with the damn thing and ordered a new standard mount - if anything I think the 'softer' bush was actually worse once it wore in. My rear window nearly shakes loose every time I pull away it's that bad. |

| Re: Jabbasport dogbone mount Fabia VRS Virtually no fore/aft movement in engine, which makes launches and gearchanges better as you're not waiting for the engine to move. Just like you run stiffer suspension/anti-rollbars so that there's less body roll so the car turns in quicker. |
