which line is the AFR superted?

Its either running too lean or running too rich. The richness will rob you of power if thats the case.

do you know what might be causing the issue?

The bottom line is the AFR, currently running at 11 and too rich, so as you said robbing the power.

the spoiler, the RS badge, the ABD sticker, the tail pipe and the re defuser bit - all just add up to make the car look good!
