Claire is based in the office alongside myself and will be manning the phones, dealing with bookings and enquiries, which should hopefully mean that all enquiries get dealt with slightly quicker. (and you will have two of us to make you tea and coffee when your here  )Please bear with us as she is still in training but picking up the ropes very quickly. Kate
