Question 1.920v pistons

Just in case someone can answer my question, save me waiting till Tuesday!

I'm looking at 'JE Pistons', but not sure on the size I require......

82.5mm is 1848cc, not sure what size I require for the full 1900cc - 83mm??

Comp will be 8.75:1.

Cheers,

Steve

Re: 1.920v pistons

Surely a 2.2l with that crank won't rev very high at all

Re: 1.920v pistons

its not all about revs though, if i could make a lot of mid range torque and actually be able to put it down i'd be happy.

mid-range torque and no revs? is this you coming out of the closet??

if it means a cheapish hand-me-down GT2x, I reckon you should so go for the GT30 or similar

Fair point.....

I might just keep it simple and go for the 83mm JE pistons and 20mm wrist pin scat rods, the must be a good reason why very few people have gone down the 'stroker kit' route. 1900cc will do for me
