| Targeted at the trackday drivers amongst us. Intersted to see what peoples views are on which is a better place to start. Obviously supersticky rubber wont help body control (probably make it worse) were coilovers will. Not talking full on slicks or competition suspension just the normal stuff like Kumho V70A, Toyo R888, KW 1 to 3, Bilstein PSS/9 etc

| No question, suspension. Why get the tyres and not be able to take advantage of them? Oh and your best bet, if you have some cheap spare wheel is some "used" full slicks ![]()

| Coilovers. IMO. With no other modifications other than the suspension, I would expect you to get better times around a track than you would by just changing to superior tyres and sticking with standard suspension. Plus.. the coilovers will last longer than the tyres would (thus giving more permanent gains with no additional outlay) so you could use them for event after event.. the tyres might only last you a few trips.
