I had the same problem, the rear brakes sticking on slightly when going at slow speeds. I took it back to the dealer and they sorted it out. Said they took the brakes to bits and freed them up. hope you get it sorted.

I had two Polos that groaned when reversing. They have the same rear disc brakes as the Fabia. I removed the rear pads, cleaned off the self adhesive compound on the backing plates and put a thin smear of copper slip grease on them instead. The groan went away and never came back - don't ask me why it worked! If you do this there are two things to be careful about: Use only a very thin smear of copper slip taking care not to get any on the friction material. Don't attempt to push the pistons back into the calipers without the correct tool. It shouldn't be necessary to do this anyway as the clearances will be taken up when you push the brake pedal for the first time after the fix.

Hi, I seem to be having the same problem as well. Except my furby has drum brakes. I guess there's nothing I will do to my as the groan is not all that loud and often. Hope you will find a fix for it.
