Hope the garage gets it sorted out, one way or another, although they seem like a right bunch of cowboys. No need to apologise for the rant, we all need to let off steam at times, and in your situation its totally justified. They obviously don't care about their customers, so let them know that the feelings now mutual. I've never been fully satisfied by a garage, not even my local skoda dealer. They always forget something, or bodge something or generally do a half arsed job. DIY is the future..... |
