Exclamation Help please from an experienced skoda dismantler!

I've taken the door panels off my fabia because I'm adding more instulation.
It's all off apart from one connector - the central locking one.

And I can't figure out how to unplug it.

Urgent advice greatly appreciated

See attached photo

edited to say I'll post a complete "how to" when done

Thanks

Yup, hook it out of the handle and leave it in that end.

sorry, re-reading my post, I wasn't clear at all.
What I meant was the electrical cable loom. the one with the blue connector you can just make out in the photo sticking out the bottom.

That does not want to budge, but you need to take it off so you can feed the wire back through the silver door panel (which has been removed)

There should be a tag at the back of the plug which you press, then push the plug a little further onto the door mech then pull back off. You need to push it on so the tag lifts up, thats the trick.

Hmm. the only "tag" i could see was only a kind of channel and there wasn't a spring loaded strip inside catching if you see what I mean.

I've half borked the thing anyway and it still won't budge
