Indents, buckles, or whatever called in the UK

Hi folks,

I am nearly sure that also in the UK there are people which
aren´t able to open their car doors carefully or to handle a
shopping trolley without causing indents (?) to some cars
at the parking lot.
Well It seems, that I am kind of a magnet for idiots, and so
my Octi is suffering on some of those ugly little things.
At least three on each side.
Well we have some guys in germany, calling themselves
"Indent doctors" which are able to remove that things without
paintwork to be done ( In case, the varnish is left on his place)
The cost for their work is round about 40-50EUR to remove each
of this things.
Unfortunetally the one who did around my hometown wrapped
himself around a pillar some weeks ago. So I am sorry to say that
he didn´t survive the impact ( No wonder, with a speed of 170 Km/h)
But that´s another thing ..
I would like to know, how cheap or expensive such works are in the UK.
So pehaps this could be done during a Holiday trip.
I´ve been even given the advice to let this do in Poland, but
I am concerned about getting my car stolen over there, cause this
can happen really quick.

So, perhaps someone here has had this kind of repair and can recommend
someone or knows prices obout this ?

We have the same problems as you, a company called dentmaster does the work over here. Seems they have a german website http://www.dentmaster.co.uk/site/DE/DE/index.htm

I had Dentmaster or Dentwizard quote me about £100 (150€) to repair a dent about the size of a 10p coin (about an inch across?).

Expensive, but cheaper than the dealer option. The problem is that they're so busy over here, every time I try and get someone to come out and fix it I get no reply or just leave messages that are never returned.

My advice, don't get it done in the UK.

The one you showed me, Manny is quite a bit far away, but seems to sound serious.... I think about asking him for a quote.

Is it as hard to find someone who has the time or the interest to earn money
as here ?
That is the same problem as here, because the real good and often recommended ones, are very busy...
