| Hi Guys, Can anyone recommend an independent service centre around Peterborough area? Doing approx 25-30K a year in a Fabia VRS, costing me a fortune going to Wings! Any recommendations be greatly appreciated. |

| Thanks for reply Monkeychild, Thought about it. Ok with oil & filters etc but it due a cambelt change and MOT too, so may as well get it all done at same time. Cambelts seem expensive for replacement, but gotta be done, not worth the risk! |

| Thanks all for answering. Will give CPMS a try. Also spoke to Autohaus in Northampton, who quoted £75.00 Inc VAT for a 50k service and said cambelt not due till 80K???? (I was always led to believe it to be every 60K) but would cost £300.00 when due. |

| Try 'Cambelters' for your..er...cambelt. The guy's name is Paul, and he's in Crowland. He's done a few on my cars and had no probs, and he's normally very cheap too. His number is 07926 259993. |

| Cambelt is 60k or 4 years now IIRC, but regardless I'd suggest having a chat with Ross (Lummox) as I'm sure he could do you a good price and is very familiar with the engine in your car
