Default induction kit

hey peeps, ok , finaly getting round to starting the lil show fabia project.nows it onli a 1.2 hence why its just going ot be a show car.now on my old felicia i had a universal cone on an it gave it a lil grunty noise.was quiet nice, n with it bein first car n all i liked it,now im after somethin similar for the fabia an wondering what people recommed?

I have fitted an induction kit on my fabia 1.4 and it sounds amazing.. the loudest ive heard! it was £99 from a place in cambridge designed just for the fabia. i think its a powertech one stainless steel mesh and was very easily fitted. i can take pictures if you like?

that looks ace man,did u have to remove the engine coveran keep it off?

dnt think i can do 99 odd right now but think i may go an get some universal one just until the cash is right. did u have any probs fitting it?

Yeah i had to take the whole airbox off and keep it off - which i didnt really want to do but its actually alright was no trouble fitting because it was made for the car i guess everything was the right pipe size etc

you will have to put some of your pictures of your car up so we can see.

I dont see why not as long as you follow the instructions but if in doubt get someone else to look at it the tech guys on here might be able to help you if you tell them what kit you get or want and the engine your going onto!

you should spin it round an try an fit it between the ecu an battery that way it wont be sucking in as much hot air

still wondering how to get past the pipe thats connected to the air box and engine, anyone got any ideas?
