Angry Intermittent stalling felicia 1.3 :(

HI, I'M THE OWNER OF A FELICIA 1.3 WHICH I HAVE HAD FROM NEW IN JAN2001 AND HAS DONE 153,000 MILES. ANYHOW IT HAS TAKEN TO STALLING INTERMITTENTLY ESPECIALLY WHEN HAVING TO BRAKE SUDDENLY AND DROPPING THE CLUTCH WITHOUT PUTTING ANY REVS ON THE ENGINE BECAUSE MY FOOT IS ON THE BRAKE. THIS HAS HAPPENED REGULARLY OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS . MY LOCAL SKODA DEALER ALWAYS CHANGES THE BREATHER PIPES BUT WHILE IT GETS BETTER FOR A WHILE ALWAYS SEEMS TO RETURN QUITE QUICKLY. ITS WORSE WHEN THE ENGINE IS NOT QUITE HOT, i.e.AFTER ABOUT 3 MILES. HELP WHAT IS IT?

Re: Intermittent stalling felicia 1.3 :(

try cleaning out the throttle body and having the basic settings set. check throttle angle first should be about 4 degres if any more clean and set basic settings.
