| Bought the car two months ago and when you start it from cold it sounds like the manifold is blowing but after 20-30 seconds the noise vanishes off with a whistle. Is this normal for this car? Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated!! Cheers! |

| It's the secondary air pump, they are often noisy, though it wouldn't do any harm to check the pipework. |

| hi mate, dont worry about it. its the seccondry air pump kicking in, its completly normal. it happens on mine every cold start and now and again when running warm.
