My furby vrs is up for its 10k service and im looking at supplying my own oil due to the fact that as we all know the dealer supplied oil is alot more expensive and so im asking what oil is the best for the job and what the dealer would use??? Please help??

| If you want to supply your own oil then Castrol Edge 5w-40 PD is a good choice. So too is Fuchs Titan Supersyn PD 5w 40. Dealer may use a Quantum PD oil but it is unlikely to be more expensive than the above two brands on its own - it is the labour that pushes the cost up. Fuchs, I believe, is factory fill. Castrol has been around for donkeys...nuff said. |
