Post Skoda Fixed Cost Maintenance plan

I'm due to get my Fabia vRS in the next few days and was wondering about this plan. Based on 4 years @ 15000 miles per year, been quoted £26/month for level 1 servicing, £38/month for level 2 servicing and maintenance (surely most of the additional stuff included here should be warranty covered anyway?) and £49/month for level 3 servicing, maintenance and tyres.

I'm not very good at budgeting to have servicing money available so think it could be a good idea to have something but wonder if the level 2 or 3 are worth the extra...?

Any tips?

It sounds like a big con to me. After a year the level 1 will have cost you £312 which for me was more thanthe combined price for the 10,000 and 20,000 services. It would be better off to set aside the money each month rather than give it to them

The words "rip" and "off" spring to mind...

I'd second that - you might as well set up a direct debit to move that much into a savings account each month, then you'll have more than enough to cover servicing, and you'll be earning the interest on it instead of them...
