Question surely this can't be good?????

Wouldn't this be a bad thing for VAG engines as I thought they had to feedback to the air box or am I talking pants???????

kenny was asking if this was a suitable DV as well. The ad is a bit ambiguous but if it is atmospheric then iirc it is a bad one. Recirculating is what you want.

But then again, I might be wrong.

I spotted this and mailed the seller who confirmed that it is an atmospheric vent valve.....no good for octy then!

good for showing off

not good for smoother power/gear changes

which is basically what you wanna get out of changing it - Forge 006/007 recirc seems to work the best
