| Hi, Just recently received my Fab vRS, noticed that the owners manual does'nt explain how to attach the towing eye on the front of the Fabby vRS. The front bumper vents has no holes or slots to push to release (like on the standard fabia), in order to gain access to the towing eye securing point. Any ideas? Rich.

| Standing infront of car. The left hand front foglight surround pulls out. Just get fingers in the vent gaps and pull. It's just clipped in. The whole surround around the fogs up to the centre vent comes out. Look in the gap that is left. You will see a hole with a thread in there. It is quite far back, so it's easy to miss! Get the eye out of the toolkit in the boot. now to screw this into the hole, you have to turn it anticlockwise. As if you were removing it in other words! They use a reverse thread. Now you should have your towing eye secured. To remove, in good old haynes manual style is just the opposite of the fitting! The vent is easier to fit back in with the foglight side going in first! Hope this helps you out. ![]()

| Cheers Got it now. Seems like it's not a user friendly way of doing this. Thanks for your response. ![]()
