Default Upsolute Chip? Differences

Hi all,
I may be buying the upsolute chip off Des and have just checked the website and it seems that there are 2 different chips, one for the 150bhp Turbo(mine) and one for the Vrs(Des's)

Does anyone know if the Vrs chip will work on my 150Bhp car???

Any help greatfully received

Antony, what model year is your car and what is the engine code? You will find details of the latter on the vehicle data sticker on the boot floor or inside the front cover of the Service Schedule booklet. My 4X4's engine code is ARX. (The sticker shows ...110KW ARX).

Antony,
I had my 1.8T ARX remapped with the 212bhp version (for vRS) and it works ok.
I am happy with it in absolute terms but I have no terms to compare it with other remapped cars and no dyno plot.

So if you will have yours remaped and a dyno diagram please send it to me.

Have decided to wiat for a bit before chipping the car, am getting everything else uprated to be able to cope with the extra power first, but as soon as I have one fitted i'm sure you will all know!
