Question Wiring up Accessories - Octavia

Hi, I am thinking about wiring up a few accessories (Road Angel, Mob. phone etc.) in my 03 Octavia TDI Elegance Estate, but I don't wish to use the cigarette lighter. Does anyone know if there are a few 12v tails (and how to access them) in the dash in the region of the ash tray or behind the cubby hole under the radio? I would use in-line fuses as the thought of dismantling the fuse board on the RHS fills me with horror!
Can anyone help? Many thanks.

Try above the pedals.

Best bet is behind the light switch to the right of the steering wheel.

I have the i-Pod, Origin B2 and a bluetooth phone kit wired in there.
