| Drove to work this morning with no problems at all. Left work and as soon as I went over the first speed hump, there was an almighty clonk and this happened over every hump. Took it back in and gave it a quick visual check and saw nothing amiss. Thought maybe it was the engine cover knocking against the strut brace as it had come loose (again!). Tried again, still there! Ended up taking the car back to work and left it in the workshop and borrowed one of our courtesy cars. Currently in a 1.3 Auto Toyota Yaris! I am about 80% certain that it is only an anti roll bar link as the nearside one has some play in it. Possibly the fact that it is now so stiff is causing the noise to transmit through other parts of the car. I hope that is all it is as I doubt Skoda will do anything to my suspension under warranty now! ![]()

| Check the anti roll bar hasnt slid across. Found a few done this and they catch the subframe mounting on the n/s near the gearbox. |

| Hmm. mine doesn't do that. Having said that, I'd hardly say my attempts could be classified as "enthusiastic launches" ![]() Also, I do have an excuse - just put a tenner's worth of tesco supermarket city diesel. Now filled up with ultimate, and there's just so much more pull.

| Think I have now sorted this. Looked at it this morning at work and found the nearside front lower anti roll bar link nut was loose! I am not at all happy with this as I didn't touch this nut when fitting my springs! This means it has been loose since the car was new!! Bit of bad quality control by Skoda I feel!
