| I was thinking the same thing mate. I've looked at Midlands and North West meets, and they all seem to be miles away.

| From time to time (at least twice a year) there is a Cat & Fiddle meet, which starts at the C&F and then covers the Peak District. Rob (yashicamat) who organises these is probably waiting for the Czech trip to be over before starting another. No reason why you can't call one yourselves, though. Plenty of good driving and good pubs round your way. |

| Thats 2. Theres a newish pub on the A53 near holden lane high school, we could meet there easy to find & plenty of parking. Easy enough to then get out towards Leek etc or back down towards the A500. |

| Not sure how easy that would be to find for people not familiar with the area (good roads around Leek & Buxton though). I'm not a boy racer or anything, (well maybe just a bit) but I think that Festival Park is probably the easiest place to meet.

| Very ture, would be hard to miss it what with all the neons & police around. :-) Plus you have a choice of MacDonalds or KFC, I do believe there is a sub way down there now as well. |

| Not getting any immediate interest Could be as it's so close to Trax on the Sunday. Do you not fancy going to this?

I'm leaving my wife at home for Trax. I used to go to Ford Fair, and took her with me once. Never again!

| I'm sure if I sent her shopping with her sister she would be much happier. Once Traxx is out of the way we will have to try again for another Stoke meet. |
