I would say 15 as 15 to 18 even on a Saturday can get quite busy.

I always use juct 17 then head for congleton. Their are a couple of ways to go from congleton or just follow your sat nav.

I quite like the route from 15, but then again I don't do it that often, only when the M6 is stuffed when I'm coming up from London.

Or get off at 20, through Knutsford, and into Macclesfield and up the twisties to the Cat and Fiddle.

I'm going to be coming along as well now, my only problem is I can't leave my place until after football training at 11.15am, so will look for you all for around midday.

Where will I catch you all?

Stoke can be a pain in the **** sometimes to get around, if the M6 was clear I would head up to Sandbach and take the A534 to Congleton and the A54 up to the Fiddle, the A54 drops you off 1/4 mile from the C&F car park which you can see to your left. Often it can be quicker and it's the route we always take when some of us locals are meeting in Nantwich to head over to the C&F and Matlock Bath

Easier to use 19 for Knutsford really Tony

I'm meeting Loz when she comes off there, and then we're going to same route you describe

As for you getting there later, I'd probably say ring someone when you get into the area and we'll work something out

True, but the M6 is boring and just lately there have been some real snarl ups between 20 and 19 for whatever reason.

As I live in warrer's I just nip through town and out to 20 and it's a nice run through knutsford.

One thing is my routes are always tainted, as I only ever go to the C&F on one of the bikes, tiz a sin to drive there

Very true, forgot you were coming that way. Yep, pop out at 20 and then along the A50

C&F must be great to ride
