Regular NW meet?

Ok, thanks for everyone's input, and whilst there haven't been alot of visitors to the topic, the votes clearly indicate Wednesday at 8pm as favourite.

Please keep posting interest, and in the meantime i'll find a suitable venue handy to the motorway. Ill assume everyone will have eaten although 99% of the venues I am thinking of will have food in or nearby I'm sure.

I decided not to bother voting as it doesn't really matter which day it is. Thursday is actually the best day, but I'd only have to miss the odd Tues or Weds - there's no every week commitment.

Somewhere with food would be ideal

I like the idea of a pub meet with food! How about a place that's near the motorway so that all have easy access to?

The Village hotel Whiston is just off J6 M62 and has quite a bit of parking.

I don't really mind where tbh - still on the Wirral at the moment but once the house is sold I'll be up Garstang way.

I voted for Wednesday and 8pm, but can probably do any day. Time for me to arrive would of course depend on the distance of the pub from where I am

- but between 8-9pm would be reasonable.

hows this going then? thursday sounds like a good time to meet but its up to the poll, onli caus ei work monday and wednesday nights in a pub.lol.

how about Buckshaw Village Euxton, accessible via the M6, M65 and M61 corridors? Couple of pubs there too, plenty of space available on the complex for parking etc
