Bonnet Lifters

Did AAT ever sort out the supply of gas strut bonnet lifter kits for the Octy or is Milotec still the best option?

AAT never supplied them (or provided a refund for many people).
There was some talk of arranging a group buy from Milotec , but nothing has surfaced yet,

IIRC ones from a SEAT Leon fit I think Pikey Des (delcac) fitted one to his. Might be worth a PM......

Have a word with Chris Ellis (on here somewhere), I'm sure he said that his company could sort out bonnet lifters for anyone interested. However, Chris if I'm mistaken then I do beg your pardon!!!!

If you lot are really interseted in these I can order the original ones off Seat/VW or I know a man, nudge nudge etc. These are the ones with a small bracket that screws to the strut and cost about £37ish AIR for the kit. If you have a strut brace fitted it gets in the way.
