| boot catch (light on dash ) due to further investigation of my amp problem i removed the boot catch for a ground point now i have the light on the dash showing that a door is open the light is on at all times i've removed the earth cable dropped the catch as low as it will go but the light remains any ideas sorry i've put bott instead of boot in the heading Last edited by fatty5000; 17-05-2006 at 16:59. |

| Re: boot catch (light on dash ) thread title fixed. for the light to illuminate there must be a short circuit, so check the connections to the catch and also the catch microswitch function.
