brake lights sticking on

hi could anyone please tell me if they have any experience off the brake lights sticking on.
i have a 52 plate octy vrs.

if you have please let me know how you remedy this,

as woke up to a flat battery this morning!

Hi
Brake light switch
They are a tad dodgy to start with , so may be worth looking at replacing that , not expensive so worth a try

Hi Brake Light Switch Problem Very Common Epc Dash Light Should Be On To Indicate Fault Cheap To Replace Vw,skoda,audi,same Parts

Probably wont get an EPC light as its the light side of the switch that is faulty and not the engine ecu side.
