| brake pad sensors just a quickie do octy rs's come with brake pad sensor's as standard As my pads look a little low will i be notifed by the car when thier goosed.

| Re: brake pad sensors I think they do. Simple way to check is to look for the wire coming from the pads. That said if you think they are low then you should consider changing them.

| Re: brake pad sensors I've not, I did a quick google but without success. These are the pads, if fitted the cable would exit in the area where you can see the gold coloured bit -  In this picture you can just see a plug lurking -

| Re: brake pad sensors Also be aware that it can be disabled in VAG-COM so you shouldn't trust them even if fitted unless you know they are enabled.

| Re: brake pad sensors Yes the sensor is on the n/s only and on the INSIDE pad on the INSIDE edge. Not ver clever if your pads happen to wear quicker on the o/s |
