| Briskodian  | Brake pads Just got some new Mintex pads to do 312mm conversion. They are heavily chamfered. Is that normal and I was wondering why? Seems the pad surface area would get larger as they wear down, therefore the brakes would get better? |

| Re: Brake pads Even on my standard replacement pads I noticed they have a more chamfered edge to them, than I have seen on other pads for previous cars (306, felicia, nova, etc) |
