| Briskodian | Cambelt change ?????? What mileage does my Octavia Vrs need the cam belt changing at. Ive read different figures 80000 and 120000. My 52 plate car has done 75 k so im thinking its bout time it got done. Thanks |

| It should be changed at 60,000 miles really. Yes the spec is 120,000 but it must be checked at 60k and 20k there after. Personally I dont know how you would check a cambelt without removing it and once you have done that you may aswell replace it. |
