| Briskodian | Front seats Octavia Reg 02 Elegance Hello Techies I am trying to find info regading the removal of the front seats of my Octavia 2.0 Ltr Elegance Reg. 02. I have removed the screws and runner covers but cannot locate the two bolts at the front. Am I useless or what ?  Please help. Be Lucky out there |

| Re: Front seats Octavia Reg 02 Elegance There are two 13mm nuts. If you follow the centre runner to the front you should see them, you may have to poke the carpet about a bit. You need the seat all the way back to get at them. |

Is it anything to do with the seat rocking at all? I have this problem with my Octavia VRS. I asked the garage to have a look, they said I need new seat base & runners at £230. I was hoping it just needed tightening. Is this a common problem? |
