| The dreaded thud on the doormat heralded the arrival of the garage bill today ![]() Must admit it wasn't quite as bad as I'd thought: To supply and fit cambelt, tensioner, and water pump, track rod end and offside wheelbearing, anti-roll bar bushes and stabiliser links. To fit driveshaft, and front tyres (customer supplied). Sundry materials. £580 inc VAT ![]() Driveshaft cost me £322 from Skoda. ![]() On the whole I suppose it wasn't too bad and I fitted the brake discs and pads myself. Cheers, Steve
