Re: Golf MK4 ARB's ?

Yes.

EDIT: Just to expand Neuspeed among others list the same part number. Also the front is the same as FWD Golfs apart from the vRS/4x4.

Re: Golf MK4 ARB's ?

Would fitting just the Neuspeed FRONT ARB be a bad idea? or do I have to do both at once?

Re: Golf MK4 ARB's ?

I wouldn't recommend the front only as it'll increase understeer. If only doing one go for the rear. If buying new it's worth noting that a pair of Eibachs complete with poly bushes etc.. is only around £200 so pretty much the price of 1 Neuspeed item.

Re: Golf MK4 ARB's ?

Ahh........ it was the price of the Nuespeed that had me thinking of doing just one.

Re: Golf MK4 ARB's ?

I think H&R are also priced around £200 for the pair.

The eibach kits sell out quick so often have a long lead-in time. Worth making a few calls to check availability.

I bought a set for my Golf but got the Octavia before having them fitted. The guy that got them instead was really pleased with them, despite having a heavily mofidied Golf with coilovers etc.. he thought they were one of the best mods he'd done and good value at that!

Re: Golf MK4 ARB's ?

Neuspeed ARB is very good...adjustable...apparently stiffest setting will give oversteer.

Bugger to fit beam hangers though....make sure you got some clamps and axle stands.

Re: Golf MK4 ARB's ?

Hi
Eddy is right.
If you fit just the front it will understeer.
So you have to fit them both.
H & R do do them but the price IIRC £230.00 for the pair.
Eibach have been awaiting theirs for a while now.
