| Briskodian | well the reason i ask is ... it costs me the same to fill the octy as my punto did... and thats when the petrol was cheaper as well.. so in theory theres less going in the octy as the punto...i was expecting the octy to take about £40-50 worth of fuel... not £30-35 Joel

| Briskodian | I used to get 400 miles or thereabouts quite regularly at sensible motorway speeds, but this was more when the car was run in. 'Sensible' meant in the indicated 70-80mph region.

| Briskodian | I once had a journey when the last few miles before the filling station were torture as I was so low on petrol. Previously, running low I could normally get 47 - 51 litres in the tank. On this occasion, I got 56 litres in!! Must've been running on fumes...
