are you talking about the left side from looking at the car head on i.e. the drivers side of the car?

the standard grille has most of the gaps in the honey comb cut out to allow air to the intercooler.

on the passenger side the grille only has a small hole. i thought this was for feeding air to the airbox but that feeds as standard from the inner wing.

i put the millotec grille set on my vRS and the inside of the bumper on the drivers side is painted black so you cant see the insude of the bumper, on the passenger side the bumper is left in the body colour, mine being silver meant you could see the insides of the bumper throught the grille and from a distance looked like there wasnt a grille in there at all... i got a small tin of black hameright and painted the bits of bumper you could see black... looks much better
