induction kits

has anyone tried a before and after with these on a rolling road.in my younger days i took my zx volcane with a green induction kit to ava rolling road and they took the **** because i had wasted money on the induction kit

CAI every time! Don't see the point of having an exposed cone filter located in the engine bay, where it will draw in loads of nasty hot air.

Go for a forced intake type like BMC CDA box which i have fitted it sounds great
and car doesn't gasp further up the rev range

I went for the 40 squid item sold on here, sounds great & performs realy well.
