Default Injector Upgrade

sorry folks, another one popped in head lol
ive heard that if you upgrade the injectors on the 1.8ts the readings on the trip com for mpg and range become wrong?
anyone got anythoughts?
true ? false? out much ? out loads? lol

infact just a remap puts it all out of whack.

really? well i never knew that, so do you think that if i had a 250bhp k04 kit the figures wont be too much out, where it reads say 16 now it wont be daft like 26 or 36 or sumin woudl it?

I wonder if you used the injector set up (you probably will be anyway) from the 225 PS engine would the mpg figure be any more accurate? That's assuming the Audi S3/TT/Seat Leon has a Mpg reading like our Octavias...

I've got 660 injectors and I get 70mph apparently.

My injectors are quite slim in comparison to standard ones.

I've mixed up my bhp's with me mpg's.

Isnt Bill planning 8 x 500 odd cc injectors for the next phase of the 'didnt have any luck putting down the power before but hey lets give it some more' Ibiza Cupra now???

Is it because they can say I've got 600 bhp.........but never be able to use it.
