lowering octy

would there be any scrubbing/rubbing if i lowered the octy on the standard wheels?

On 225/45 there is something rubbing on inner arches IF you lower too much.....personally I have found this to be around 1 fingers depthbetween top of tyre and arch.

Also remember if you lower too much you'll put too ,uc strain on drive shafts as well.....you ideally need to keep them parallel to the ground.

Mine is lowered by 30mm with no apparent probs at all (after 2 years)
